We accept returns for full credit, minus shipping fees, within 30 days of your purchase date.
Returns must meet the following guidelines:
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, packaged in the original carton.
- We are able to offer an exchange of items within 30 days of your purchase date (additional shipping charges may apply).
Certain items cannot be returned to Boston Textile. These items include:
• Custom "made-to-order" and fabricated items
• Goods shipped outside the continental United States
• Warranty items
Return Guidelines For Damage/Shortages:
Shipping fees are waived for returns due to damage on a case-by-case basis.
If your items are damaged they must be reported to Boston Textile within three (3) business days of receipt.
For return authorizations on damaged items, the following information should be included in a return request:
- Order Number
- Item and Quantity Damaged
- Description of Damages
- Visual/Photo Confirmation of Damages
